FEATURES INCLUDE:

• MOSFET transistor modules (water-cooled)
• Variable ratio output transformer. The tapped primary (4:1) to (14:1) accommodates a wider range of load impedances.
• Solid State SCR power output control with step-less output from near zero to 100%
• Electronic keying provides precise and rapid control of heating cycle - 40 milliseconds response
• Adjustable series output capacitance (water-cooled)

CONTROLS:

Automatic solid state timer, adjustable from 0.1 second to 99.9 hours.
Heat Start and Stop push buttons.
Main power On and Off switch.
Receptacle for foot switch control for remote operation.
Three meters: frequency, ammeter and voltmeter.
Front panel pilot lamps: phase lock, voltage limit, H.F. trip, current limit, cooling fault, power on and heat on lamps.

PROTECTIVE DEVICES:

Magnetic overload trip.
Main power circuit breaker, manually operated.
Water temperature switches in and out.
Current limit in P.C. board.
Grounded secondary output transformer.
Water flow switch prevents generator operation until door is closed.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION:

Compact, rugged housing made of heavy-gauge steel. All components are accessible for inspection. Units have high quality epoxy finish on primer base coat.

PAINT SPECIFICATIONS:

Taylor-Winfield standard induction color is Sherwin-Williams flint gray.

TOOLING ADAPTOR BLOCKS:

Machine is supplied with one set of work coil adaptor blocks. Adaptor blocks use standard ferrule fittings for connection of work coils.
